GGI Culture (Course 4, everyone)

This is a foundational course of GGI for all volunteers. This GGI Culture course is GGI's Online and In Real Life Community Belonging and Empowerment Program aka our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program that all volunteers must complete. Why? Girl Gone International is a community of unique self-identifying women and non-binary people from every country, culture, colour and circumstance in the world who live outside their country of birth through choice or circumstance. Our community is incredibly unique and our magic lies in our diversity and how we can all come together wherever we are. In this course we show you how we create GGI local and global communities that are accessible and inclusive for our diverse members. This course is about culture, behaviour, language and does not focus on the technical or logistical aspects of GGI community building which will be covered in later courses (GGI Events aka In Real Life Community and GGI Online Community courses). TLDR : We all call ourselves 'GGI' and create safe, welcoming spaces for ALL.
